SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order has been paid in full, we will begin the shipping process. Your order will be sent to you using our 100% recycled courier bags, and we aim to get our orders out within 2 working days.
Firstly you will receive an email confirming your order, with a second email sent with a tracking number for your shipping. This can be used to track the progress of your order in the shipping system. You will receive a final email when your order is complete.
Please ensure you check your junk folder in case our emails have slipped in there. If there are no sign of our emails, please don’t hesitate to contact us – email@example.com
The tracking number we will provide you means you can monitor exactly where your order is. Please note if it hasn’t arrived by delivery date, please contact us – firstname.lastname@example.org
Sorry but we do not post to a PO Box. We also can’t iterate enough the importance of sending correct address details, as we can not be liable if your order goes missing due to being delivered to an incorrect address
Approximate shipping times are as follows:
- New Zealand Tracked Courier Post: 1-4 business days
- New Zealand International Post: 2-6 business days
Please be aware that we are not liable for customs duty in your country. This is a cost that is payable by you. Also please note we will not be liable for delays in delivery of your order due to hold up at customs.
