Refund Policy

Of course we want you to love your new swimwear as much as we do, but we also understand that sometimes shopping online can be a wee bit hit ‘n miss and when your order arrives, it might not be quite what you were wanting, or expecting. Therefore we offer a full refund or exchange on your order, but there are conditions that you must strictly adhere to, which are :

1. We will only process refunds and exchanges within 14 days from the date of original purchase
2. You must complete the Returns Form in full that will be emailed to you
3. The garments must be sent back to the address provided on the Returns Form
4. Returned garments MUST be returned in the the same brand new condition which you received them.  All tags, labels, hygiene sticker must not have been removed or tampered with and also the waterproof garment carry bag to be included in the return.
5. Please note if you require a refund, the amount refunded back to your original method of purchase, will not include shipping reimbursement.
6. Once the return and refund or exchange process has been completed, you will receive an email confirming the process is complete
7. Please note – garments purchased On Sale can not be refunded, or exchanged.
